Dr. Michelle Chu has a unique personality, gentle touch, and extreme patience to ease patients’ anxiety.
Dr. Chu received her bachelor degree in Biochemistry from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1996. She continued pursuing her dentistry education at UCLA and earned her DDS degree in the year 2000.
Dr. Chu believes oral health is part of patient’s overall health; therefore, she completed a one-year post-graduate program General Practice Residency (GPR) at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center in 2001 where she learned to fulfill patients’ dental needs as part of their overall health. In the GPR program. Dr. Chu received training of hospital-based dentistry and learned to treat medically compromised patients. She was awarded “resident of the year” from her GPR program.
