A native of Bakersfield, CA, William graduated from CSU Bakersfield with a BA in economics and attended law school at UC Berkeley. After graduation, he founded and led several nonprofit and for profit corporations, including one which he took public in 1998.
William opened his law office in 2005 with a commitment to the families of Kern County. This commitment is built on keeping every client comfortable, informed throughout the legal process, and confident that they are represented by a knowledgeable and experienced advocate.
